Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue talking about the many benefits of detoxing, and today I want to talk to you about the benefits that detoxing has on your hormones. detoxing can actually help to balance your hormone levels, and that leads to improved mood and well being overall. For instance, if your copper levels are too high that can negatively impact your estrogen levels and cause hormonal imbalance. And detoxing can help release that copper toxicity that you may have and rebalance your hormones. In addition to that detoxing can help to balance your neurotransmitters, your feel good neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine and help your body to be making those at appropriate levels so that you can be feeling happy feeling motivated, therefore having or being in a better mood. And detoxing helps to reduce stress, which also results in being in a better mood. Everybody knows when they're stressed out, they're feeling short, cranky, irritable. And when we're not stressed out, we are in a better mood. Toxins create stress on the physical body. And when we release those toxins, that lowers the stress on the physical body, resulting in you being less stressed, and therefore in a better mood. So if that's something that you would like to address, perhaps a detox is something that you might want to consider in order to help keep your hormones balanced and have you in a happier mood and being healthier as a result.
