Olivia shares her powerful story of being 19 and nutrient deplete after trying to follow a strict diet plan to lose her “freshman” 40 pounds. This changed the course of her career as she started to learn about the importance of nutrition in our health! Olivia Ward, (aka Liv), is the holistic wellness practitioner, blogger, food creator and intuitive behind LivNourished, a holistic wellness business that teaches how to become your own best health advocate by going beyond food and tapping into your intuition.
