E04: She Was a Ghost of Herself…
In this episode, the Reverend Cristina Paglinauan shares her story of how until just a few months ago, she was sleep-deprived, struggling with moods, anxiety, depression, and hot flashes from menopause, which had her feeling a ghost of herself. She shares her story in the desire to reach others who may be feeling the same way, feeling alone, and having lost hope to let them know, there are answers, things can get better, much better, and that they are not alone.
