HH507: Regret Nothing!

Today, I want to talk about the learning of regret nothing, and what I mean by that is that everything is happening for us, even if we don't see it in the moment.

Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue sharing my learnings, as I reflect back on 2024 and today, I want to talk about the learning of regret nothing. And what I mean by that is that everything is happening for us, even if we don't see it in the moment, even if it hasn't turned out exactly as we thought, something might turn out that it is serving a purpose, and it is getting us to where we need to go. And as I look back at where I am now, and I look back at what may have been missteps along the way, like investing in a holistic yoga studio, and it closed down very soon after, I could put a lot of regret into that, into the loss of that fun, those funds for I could choose to look at it that it was all Part of my purpose in moving me into a deeper place of embracing holistic health and healing and advancing my career. And that had I not done that, I might not have gone to those steps, I might not have found that passion that I have for this work. And so it's just reframing the regrets, so that we're not regretting anything and we're actually looking for what's the lesson in that? What did I learn through that experience that has helped me become the person that I am today, helped me get to where I'm at today? And that is the power of choosing to live with no regrets, that everything has led you to exactly where you are right now, which is exactly where you're supposed to be. In order to do that, you need to take a step back from the situation and look at the bigger perspective of it all, and as I said, reframe it into what did I learn from this, and then also call in self, trust and resilience, trusting in your journey, trusting your instincts, trusting the path that you're on, and know that that path is never a straight line. There's always jigs and Jags and where you end up may not be where you expect it to end up. And guess what? It could be so much better so being open to all those jigs and Jags or zigs and zags off that on your journey, and don't expect it to be a straight line, which is why you always want to be celebrating every step of your path as you move forward, because if you wait to celebrate at the end, you might never get to the end where you set your goal, because it that goal has shifted along the way, and so celebrate each step of the way, because that's reinforcing you moving forward on your path and allowing you to stay In alignment with who you are, who you're becoming your mission on this earth. So remember, regret nothing, be grateful for all of it, even the hard lessons they taught you something, they've made you stronger, they've made you more resilient, and you then have the skill set to keep moving forward.
