Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue talking about boosting your energy, if you're feeling down in the dumps law, I invite you to consider thinking of your favorite upbeat song, and then turning it on and standing up and just dancing to it. Whether it's in your bedroom, your kitchen, your living room, just feel that music moving through your body, allow the memories of the first time you heard that song to come flooding back to you. And as you move your body, your blood will start flowing and you'll be oxygenating your body while also shifting your mood into a mood of happiness and joy, because that's what that music does for you. Every time you hear it. We all have those songs. So even make a playlist of those songs and just be able to go to it and click the first song on that playlist and dance there are a couple of the songs as I alluded to, in the last episode of health hacker when we move our body that gets our blood pumping, and that oxygenates our entire body and that brings us revitalized energy. When we do it to music we love then that also boosts our mood, as I've said, so it's a a win win here. So an easy way for you to shift your mood, raise your energy level and start feeling better and then be able to continue on with the rest of your day. And just five minutes of that can make all the difference in the world. So give it a go.
