Welcome back to another episode of health x as I continue talking about the importance of hydration, and today I want to share with you its importance in regards to energy levels and sleep. When you are properly hydrated. It is supporting the transportation of the nutrients and oxygen to your cells, which then boosts your energy level and reduces fatigue. If your cells are getting the energy they need from the food you're eating, you will therefore have more energy. And on top of that, it improves sleep because you are much less likely to feel the discomfort discomfort from dehydration related issues during the night. So if you're sleeping better, and your cells are getting the nutrition and oxygen that they need, then you are getting a double whammy here of improved energy. And given that so many people are struggling with sleep and struggling with energy levels, the answer is part of the answer at least is easy. Start hydrating your body properly by drinking half of your body weight in water every single day.
